Rowans Law

[vc_row type=”vc_default”][vc_column][vc_column_text]With Rowan’s Law in effect as of July 01, 2019, athletes under the age of 26, parents and/or legal guardians of athletes under the age of 18, coaches, team trainers, instructors, trip leaders and officials must confirm each year that they have reviewed Ontario’s Concussion Awareness Resources and the CKO Concussion Code of Conduct.

It is important that everyone who is involved in sports, whether competitive or recreational, understands the implications of a concussion and what to do if you suspect one. This means knowing the signs, symptoms and red flags that can happen both mentally and physically. Resources from the Government of Ontario can be found at:
